I tried the above suggested solution but still it doesnt seem to work. My problem is I'm using the Flexi Contact component to create a simple enquiry form. Users can send mail to the the admin regarding their enquiries. However the email doesnt go through to the admin but instead the page display ' PHPMAILER_RECIPIENTS_FAILED' error. But the "Email a copy of this message to your own address" option works fine and a copy is sent to the users email.

Any suggestions will be really helpful.

Seems something wrong in your email account settings. What is the setting you are using for sending emails out ? SMTP , SendMail or PHPMailer ?

The above solution doesn't work for me. If I use SMTP Server the Registerer will not get a email but I do as the Admin. If I change the Server to PHP Mail Function, then the Registerer gets an email but I as the site admin do not.

i am trieng all these above settings but it can't work. it give an error when smtpserver type is "Failed to send message.: PHPMAILER_CONNECT_HOST". pls tell me the reason of this eerror and solution.

First try your SMTP settings by creating email accounts with Outlook or thurderbird and see if you can send and recieve emails with the given smtp server / username / password and port.

Let me know the result.
